Freedom Planet Hits the Nintendo Switch on August 30

Announced at E3 just this year, the Nintendo Switch port of Freedom Planet had been given an official release date of August 30 by publisher XSEED Games.

Although it’s been out for over four years on PC, fans can’t get enough of Freedom Planet and the portable Nintendo Switch console is the latest home for the high-speed platformer. Following the adventures of the protagonists Sash Lilac, Carol Tea and Milla Basset, players are run through a gauntlet of action-packed stages and gameplay that will feel at home on the Nintendo console.

Freedom Planet is just one of the many titles XSEED announced at this year’s E3 and there’s a lot more to look forward to. Those too excited to wait can preorder Freedom Planet off the eShop for $14.99!
