Oliver is a 22-year-old History graduate from the UK. He grew up playing Donkey Kong Country, Crash Team Racing and Ape Escape, as well a watching his dad play… slightly less age-appropriate games (like Silent Hill, really why was I allowed to watch those games?) He mainly kept to the larger, ‘AAA’ games until he first experienced indie games by way of developing a crippling addiction to the original Binding of Isaac. Since then, Oliver has been a big purveyor of the indie scene, putting far too many hours into games like Enter the Gungeon and Darkest Dungeon – though he still maintains a love of certain mainstream publishers’ games, such as Monster Hunter and, uh, Football Manager. Outside of gaming, Oliver enjoys drawing, dogs, and being that annoying guy who still thinks the Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies are the best superhero films ever made.
